This means understanding your customer needs and preferences and work out how to maximise the way which your customers will use the technology. Provided you listen to your customers, these pressures will help develop and fine-tune your products and services and the way you communicate to your customers.
The technology doesn’t need to cost your business a lot of money to setup or maintain. There are a lot of low-cost or free websites which you can setup yourself. If your business requires something more complicated or secure then go to the experts. It may cost more initially but may save you time and money in the long run.
The challenge may be as “simple” as expanding your current business. How this is done is the most important. Remember to keep your staff onside and fully informed through any change process.
